Shipping Costs

Order Tracking

Once your order has shipped, you will receive a confirmation email containing your tracking number. Tracking information may take up to 24–48 hours to become active.

Incorrect Shipping Address

Please ensure your shipping address is accurate before placing your order.

We are not responsible for orders shipped to incorrect addresses provided by the customer. If you notice an error, contact us immediately. While we will do our best to help, we cannot guarantee changes once an order has been processed.

Lost, Stolen, or Damaged Packages

If your package arrives damaged, please contact us within 7 days of delivery and include photos of the damaged package and products.

If your package is lost in transit, please contact us so we can work with the shipping carrier to investigate the issue.

We are not responsible for packages marked as delivered by the shipping carrier but reported as missing afterward. Customers may need to file a claim directly with the carrier.

International Orders

International customers are responsible for any customs duties, import taxes, VAT, or other fees required by their country. These charges are not included in the purchase price or shipping cost.
